Foreclosures are hitting more and more homeowners in Ohio. For the fourth straight year, schemes targeting senior citizens top the state's list of investment scams. And in the top two fraud schemes, con artists used the internet to reach out to their victims. The state says consumers need to learn about these crimes to avoid getting taken. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports. |
