Order Online : "The State of Ohio"
This week on "The State of Ohio": State lawmakers consider what they can do in the wake of the horrible and yet miraculous escape story out of Cleveland involving three women held prisoner in a house for a decade. And more thoughts on legislation that would dramatically change rules on unions in Ohio.

Some traditional birds of spring might not make it through this Ohio winter.
By Jo Ingles - February 20, 2007
This winter's weather is causing problems for robins that failed to migrate far enough south. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles, Donna Daniel of the Ohio Division of Wildlife explains there are many birds who find themselves in dangerous situations right now.

Daniel says Ohioans might want to remember this situation this spring when they plant new landscaping. She says conifers and pine trees always serve as good places for stranded robins to nest during the winter.
