Lawyers say judicial system is unfair, ask governor to temporarily stop executions.

The American Bar Association says it's not for or against capital punishment. But it says Ohio's justice system is so flawed, Gov. Strickland should slap a moratorium on executions until major problems are solved. The governor, though, isn't ready to follow that recommendation. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report:
