Remember last year, when Ohio legislators approved a $1.57 billion measure, designed to create an estimated 57,000 jobs? Lawmakers allocated most of the money but not all of it. Now, they're beginning to allocate what's left for the next two years. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
