New data shows more than half of all violent crimes are committed by a very small numbers of offenders. Lawmakers are now working to target that tiny group. Chainsaw and art are two words that you might not expect to find in the same sentence. But a 34-year-old Hocking County man combines the two and makes a living at it, often setting up shop on US 33 north of Nelsonville. On a windy day recently, WOUB's Fred Kight stopped by the makeshift, outdoor studio-gallery to find out more about the man and his craft.
