With growing costs and client lists, addiction programs say they desperately need more money.

Advocates for alcohol and drug addiction treatment programs say there's a growing need for services but there isn't enough money to meet those needs. Cheri Walter with the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities says community based treatment programs save the state money.
