By Jo Ingles - June 30, 2009 Ohioans with disabilities are one of the most recent groups that have rallied at the Ohio Statehouse. Advocate Sue Hetrick says lawmakers need to provide more money in the budget for people with disabilities who don't want to live in nursing homes.
