Anyone who's ever hired a top assistant knows the angst that can sometimes come from searching for just the right person for the job. Gov. Ted Strickland will be making that kind of decision when he chooses a running mate. Who might be a good candidate and what characteristics will the Governor be looking for in a running mate? Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles explores those questions.
