Governor loses one battle over slots, but the war before the Supreme Court is still going on.

Defenders of that plan by Gov. Ted Strickland and Ohio legislators to install up to 2,500 electronic slot machines at each of the state's seven horse-racing tracks have just lost a round at the Ohio Supreme Court. But, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, whether the plan is constitutional is still to be decided.
