Defenders of that plan by Gov. Ted Strickland and Ohio legislators to install up to 2,500 electronic slot machines at each of the state's seven horse-racing tracks have just lost a round at the Ohio Supreme Court. But, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, whether the plan is constitutional is still to be decided. |
