Ohio voters may get the chance to wipe out what critics call the state's "death tax." It's officially called the estate tax. Ohio legislators have ignored proposals to get rid of it, so some anti-tax activists are poised to launch a petition drive that would either prod lawmakers to act, or put the repeal plan onto the statewide ballot. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
