The Ohio House of Representatives has okayed a plan that lawmakers call the Common-Sense Regulatory Reform Act. But it does not do what some business advocates want - it's doesn't directly slash government regulation of companies. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports the proposal is so non-controversial, it passed on a vote of 94-0. |
