Order Online : "The State of Ohio"
This week on "The State of Ohio": State lawmakers consider what they can do in the wake of the horrible and yet miraculous escape story out of Cleveland involving three women held prisoner in a house for a decade. Former Marc Dann aide must pay BWC for people who were working for his business.
By Jo Ingles - October 30, 2009
A board of the Ohio Workers Compensation Bureau is telling the former General Services Director for former Attorney General Marc Dann to pony up money. The agency's Melissa Vince says Anthony Guitterez argues he doesn't owe the agency money for payments for people he says were independent contractors for his Youngstown area construction company. But Vince says the bureau's adjudicating committee has determined otherwise.

Vince says she cannot say how many employees are in question and how much Guitterez owes in back payments. She says that information is confidential.
