Advocates for school choice in Ohio say 2011 was a good year for them. They praise state lawmakers for making more vouchers available to Ohio’s school children. Jason Warner of School Choice Ohio says there are four areas where his group plans to focus its energy in 2012.
School choice advocates say the number of available EdChoice Scholarships has increased from 14,000 to 60,000 during the past year. And school choice backers say Ohio students now have access to four scholarship programs that they didn’t have access to just a year ago. |
