Ohio’s law that bans smoking in public places has just been declared constitutional by the Ohio Supreme Court. A Columbus bar had challenged the law that voters initiated in 2006. But in a 7-0 vote, the justices say there’s nothing faulty in it. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
