A popular tourist attraction was the backdrop for the ceremonial signing of a bill that changes Ohio's tourism agency today. Gov. John Kasich stood before a crowd at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland to put his signature on a bill creating TourismOhio, a five-year pilot program that Kasich says will help build the state's fourth largest industry - tourism. |

| The bill creates a dedicated funding source for tourism by funding it with sales taxes collected as a result of growth in tourism. The changes to the tourism agency were part of a bill that makes many changes to the state development department – the makeover of that entity started last year with the creation of the public-private partnership called JobsOhio. |
