A federal court room in Columbus is the scene of a legal battle where a lot is at stake for a lot of people. Environmentalists say that if their side loses, the air everyone breathes could get a lot dirtier. A major utility company warns that if its side loses, customers could eventually pay hundreds of millions more in electricity bills. Ohio Public Radios Bill Cohen reports. |
