If Governor Bob Taft and some state legislators get their way, injured Ohioans who sue for money damages in court will face limits in how much muries can award them. Last year, lawmakers approved limits on medical malpractice awards, but now, they're considering limits on a broader range of cases. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report. |
