The first execution of an unwilling Ohio death row prison in 38 years is scheduled
to take place in just a few hours. Jay D. Scott is set to be executed by lethal
injection at the Lucasville prison at 9 p.m. tonight. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles
is there. She tells reporter Bill Cohen it appears as if the execution will proceed.
Jay D. Scott was convicted of killing a Cleveland deli owner, Vinnie Prince, in
