Sergeant Gary Lewis of the Ohio Highway Patrol says just because a police officer isn't around doesn't mean you can break the law and avoid a ticket. |

| Eighty percent of children who attend school in Ohio ride on buses. They're the safest way to get there by far -- 30 times safer than a car, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Cambridge, Ohio City Schools Bus Supervisor Bill Cane says mirror improvements have helped that. |
