Fifteen-thousand Ohioans living far below the poverty level, have just gotten a reprieve, as far as their free medical care is concerned. Ohio Medicaid officials have dropped plans to phase out a program that provides free prescription drugs and free doctors visits to single adults with very low incomes. But as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, the reprieve may be only temporary. |
