Front-license-plate question is front and center at the Statehouse.

Debate is flaring up in the legislature over a question that never seems to go away...should Ohio stop requiring motorists to display a license plate on the front of their cars? The House of Representatives has just answered that question with a "yes". But the proposal could still hit a roadblock in the state Senate. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports on the arguments from both sides.
