A doctor at two Ohio prisons has been fired, an inmate has had to have an arm and shoulder amputated, and state legislators want to know what’s going on. Lawmakers on the Correctional Institution Inspection Committee Wednesday pressed the medical director for Ohio prisons for answers…but came away frustrated. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen filed this report. |
