Critics say new player in multi-state lottery gives Ohioans a worse chance at success.

Some Ohio lottery players are salivating at the prospect that jackpots may be growing by leaps and bounds, now that California has joined the multi-state game Mega-Millions. The folks who run the Ohio lottery are also salivating at the prospect they’ll be doing more business. But critics of legalized gambling see this change as just one more expansion of a program they consider a rip-off. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the story.
