A North Canton publishing company is apologizing for a typo in the 2005 Greater Fairfield County phone book, but a woman in Lancaster says the damage has already been done. WOUB reporter Cheri Russo talked with the woman, who was just trying to check on the status of some mail that she was expecting, but instead got quite a shock. |
