Ohio legislators have given gave final approval to a bill requiring voters to prove their identity or swear to it at the polls. But while the House and Senate both gave their blessing to the proposal, there was still plenty of criticism in both chambers – from minority Democrats. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report. |
