More and more groups are coming out against Republican governor candidate Ken Blackwell’s ballot proposal to limit the growth of spending by the state government and local governments. That is sparking a lot of speculation that Blackwell may eventually downplay or distance himself from the controversial measure. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
