Kill Ohio's death tax, or at least scale it back! That's the rallying cry of majority Republicans in the Ohio House of Representatives. They say Ohio's tax on estates runs counter to economic development, but Democratic governor Ted Strickland disagrees. He's vowing to fight the GOP move to soften the estate tax. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has both sides of the story. |
