Kasich Fires Back At Trump Time - In Comedy Show, Not Debate

"Saturday Night Live", NBC Universal

Gov. John Kasich has pushed back again against Donald Trump.

An attorney for Kasich has sent a letter to NBC Universal, requesting equal airtime for Kasich following Trump’s appearance as host of “Saturday Night Live” on November 7. Attorneys for Republican presidential candidates Lindsey Graham and George Pataki filed similar requests – Graham and Pataki have consistently polled lower than Kasich, and neither has appeared on the main debate stage, as Kasich has in the four GOP debates. Federal law says qualified candidates are entitled to equivalent amounts of airtime, but not invitations to host “SNL”.
