After rejecting absentee voter applications under new law, LaRose now says some old forms are OK
After a pro-Issue 1 group send out mailers with an old absentee voter registration form, Secretary of State Frank LaRose has announced in some cases older forms can be used, though he'd said earlier that a new law requires am updated form.
